The project included the construction of a 3,500 sqm building to house the offices of the Utilities Branch of Ministry of Urban Development. The building was constructed in two blocks each three stories tall with all the required water, sewer and electrical work as well as the installation of a central heating system. In addition, the work also included construction of perimeter security walls and other force protection measures.
