Fayz Grain ImEx is engaged in the production of premium and first grade flour in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also trades in grain, corn and other types of oils. Subsequently, the products are imported to Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and Syria.
To date, more than 20,000 tons of flour are exported to Afghanistan and 40,000 tons to Iran.
Flour production technology
The manufacturing process in flour factories is fully mechanized. The initial stage of preparing the grain fraction for processing is purification and conditioning. Cleaning of the grain mass from weed impurities is carried out in separation, trier and duaspirator apparatuses; removal of mineral impurities - in stone-separating; grain is washed in special washing units and moistened in silos. If necessary, the grain mass additionally undergoes a series of these treatments.
Stages of production of high-quality wheat flour
The technological scheme consists of the following stages:
- Primary cleaning of wheat grain from all kinds of impurities.
- Cleaning of surface layers of grain.
- Hydrothermal processing of mass.
- Grinding the product according to the stages of readiness.
- Gradual sorting of the crushed fraction.
- The division of the resulting flour into grades using sieves.
Our production
First Grade
Wheat flour of the highest grade is widely used for making pancakes, fritters, dumplings, dumplings, confectionery, in the production of pasta, and is also used as a thickener for sauces.
Premium Grade
Wheat flour of the first grade contains a sufficiently large amount of gluten, due to which the dough from it is elastic in structure, and the finished products have a good shape, large volume, pleasant taste and aroma.
